Zaisha Organics – Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 07-day return policy. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product has been used up to 1–2 teaspoons only

• The original packaging is intact

• Weight will be checked to verify usage limit

• Proof of purchase is required

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately upon delivery for evaluation.

Non-returnable items:
Products with excessive usage, expired or sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us again.
