Refund Policy

Zaisha Organics – Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product has been used up to 1–2 teaspoons only
• The original packaging is intact
• Weight will be checked to verify usage limit
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Products with excessive usage
• Expired or sale items
• Custom orders

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us again.
